By using the Sawi app or the sawi.io website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the service.

1. Nature of the service

Sawi is a price-comparison service that gathers product prices and offers from retailers’ published listings in Saudi Arabia and shows them for guidance to help you decide. We are not a store and we do not sell products; the purchase takes place at the store under its own terms.

2. Price accuracy

We make ongoing efforts to keep prices current, but they may change at the store at any moment and may differ between branches or between the online store and the branch. The prices and availability shown in Sawi are indicative and not a commitment by Sawi or the stores; the price that counts is the one published by the store at the time of purchase.

3. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is prohibited.
• Scraping the service’s data automatically or republishing its content commercially without prior written permission is prohibited.
• Attempting to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to its systems is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

The Sawi name, logo, app design and content belong to us or our licensors. The store names and trademarks shown belong to their owners and are displayed for identification and comparison only.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the prices shown, from any service interruption, or from your dealings with the stores, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Sawi for Business services

Sawi for Business (B2B) subscriptions are governed by separate agreements concluded with the businesses.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms or the service at any time and will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
