Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to Sawi Plus, a digital subscription inside the Sawi price-comparison app. Sawi does not sell physical goods and there is no shipping.

1. Nature of the service

Sawi Plus is a digital service that activates immediately after payment and gives you in-app features for the duration of your subscription.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, and the subscription does not renew afterwards.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first charge, provided the service has not been substantially used. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Trial offer (first month for SAR 1)

SAR 1 is charged for the first month, after which the subscription renews automatically at the regular plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Automatic renewal

All plans renew automatically at the end of each (monthly) period until cancelled. The renewal amount and payment method are shown before each charge.

6. Purchases via app stores

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refunds are governed by Apple/Google policies and are managed from your account with them.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@sawi.io with your account email and the transaction date; we respond within 3 business days.
